QA/QC Introduction

The quality control department which is an independent department has 40-50 workers. They have professional quality control management knowledge and have lots of practice experience and they can be in charge of the whole production's quality control supervision to make sure our quality of products can consist with relative laws and meet the needs of customers. Therefore, we have requirements of the quality control workers. Commanding ISO quality control system
Having corresponding knowledge of quality control
Being familiar with production procedures and standards of quality inspection
Having a good communication skill
Commanding quality analysis tools like SPC, 7 methods, AQL sample inspection standard and so on.

Working tenet: to improve quality, speed up production, encourage staff, enhance quality awareness, cut down costs and maintenance cost decrease accidents.

Working targets: to adhere to the quality control principles, improve quality control system, well finish quality risk control, strengthen process quality control, clarify keys of quality control, establish safeguard measure of quality, improve quality and make sure quality can meet the requirement of our company:
Raw materials failure rate should be controlled under 0.5%
Process failure rate should be controlled under 2.5%
Finished products failure rate should be controlled under
Customers' inspection of goods should be above 92%
Quality of market products need to be improve to meet the requirements of customers.
